These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://www.sadiemarie.co and booking, payment, messaging, and related services offered by Sadie Marie (“Sadie Marie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
SMS messaging consent is separate from these Terms. Agreeing to these Terms or completing a booking does not by itself enroll you in text messages. SMS opt-in is collected only through the optional checkbox on the booking form (see Section 5).
1. Studio Services
Sadie Marie provides beauty services (including but not limited to lash and brow services) by appointment at our Lehi, Utah studio. Service descriptions, durations, and pricing shown on the website are for informational purposes and may be updated from time to time.
2. Booking
Appointments are booked through our online scheduling system at https://www.sadiemarie.co. When you book, you agree to provide accurate contact information and to follow our studio policies. A booking may require card-on-file / checkout steps before it is fully confirmed. You may complete a booking without opting in to SMS.
3. Studio Policies (Cancellation, No-Show, Satisfaction)
By booking, you acknowledge and agree to our studio policies, including:
- Cancellation / reschedule: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
- No-show: No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 2 hours of the appointment time may be treated as a no-show.
- Satisfaction: If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can discuss an appropriate adjustment when applicable.

4. Payments & Card on File
Payments and card vaulting are processed by Stripe. By completing checkout, you authorize Sadie Marie to store a payment method on file and to charge applicable amounts for services and policy-related fees (including late cancellation and no-show fees) as described in these Terms and our studio policies. Charge amounts and timing depend on the applicable policy and the details of your booking.
5. SMS Terms (Optional Program)
Sadie Marie offers an optional transactional SMS program for appointment-related messages. End users opt in on the booking form at https://www.sadiemarie.co by checking a separate, optional checkbox that is not required to complete a booking or purchase services. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute SMS consent.
If you opt in, you may receive transactional SMS from Sadie Marie about your appointment, including confirmation, reminder, and follow-up / thank-you messages. Message frequency varies and is typically a few messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email mckenna@sadiemarie.co. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing services.
We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Manage, Reschedule & Cancel Links
Confirmation and reminder messages may include a secure link to view, reschedule, or cancel your appointment. Keep that link private. Misuse of booking links or attempts to interfere with our systems is prohibited.
7. Intake & Consent Forms
Certain services may require completion of an intake / consent form before treatment. You agree that information you submit is accurate and that you will review all acknowledgments carefully before signing. Intake/treatment consent is separate from SMS messaging consent.
8. Website Use
You may use the website for lawful personal purposes related to learning about and booking our services. You may not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the site or related booking systems.
9. Intellectual Property
Site content, branding, and imagery are owned by Sadie Marie or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Services and the website are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sadie Marie is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. Continued use of the website or booking services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
