Sadie Marie (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website sadiemarie.co and related booking, intake, and appointment-management tools. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices — including for text messaging.

Contact details — name, email address, and mobile phone number (for example, when you book online).
Appointment details — service selected, date/time, booking notes, and related scheduling information.
Payment-related information — when you complete checkout, a card may be vaulted with our payment processor (Stripe) for future studio fees such as late cancellation or no-show charges described in our policies. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Intake / consent information — answers and e-signature you submit on our client intake form.
Technical data — basic device/browser and usage data needed to run and secure the website.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

Schedule, confirm, remind you about, and manage appointments
Send transactional SMS and email related to your booking
Process payments and applicable studio fees through Stripe
Maintain your client record, intake/consent forms, and studio history
Respond to questions and provide customer care
Operate, secure, and improve our website and booking systems

3. Text Messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number when booking an appointment, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Sadie Marie related to that booking. These may include:

Booking confirmation messages with a secure link to manage your appointment
Appointment reminders before your scheduled service
Post-appointment thank-you / follow-up messages with a link to book again

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointments and is typically a few messages per booking (for example, confirmation, reminder, and follow-up).

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out of SMS. After you opt out, you may receive one confirmation text. Reply HELP for help, or email mckenna@sadiemarie.co.

Mobile number non-sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share numbers only with service providers who help us deliver messages or operate our business (such as Twilio for SMS delivery), and only as needed to provide those services.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to run the studio and your bookings, including with:

Cal.com — scheduling and booking
Twilio — SMS delivery
Stripe — payment processing and card-on-file
Hosting / database providers — to operate the website (for example, Vercel and Neon)
Email delivery providers — for appointment-related emails when used

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or clients, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

5. Data Retention

We keep appointment, client, and related records for as long as needed to operate the studio, meet legal/accounting obligations, and provide ongoing client care, unless a longer or shorter period is required by law.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Opt out of SMS by replying STOP
Request access to or deletion of personal information where applicable by law by emailing us

8. Children

Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
